I am pleased to be joining the Board of Directors, alongside my besties/fellow alum @ajhknapp & @maddiesinkler xx we look forward to ushering PYT into its next 40 years!

4 years of choreo
3 months of shooting
several weeks of sourcing
a pinch of doubt
but then, set up the space
fill it with your community
top if off with ‘the duende’ — of course
& voilà!

🪽🪽🦋💥🫑🌜🦌🫀 … i used to think NOTHING MATTERS. but this month, i was reminded that EVERYTHING MATTERS:

becoming friends with strangers, communing with the natural world, wawa, watching your people get engaged, learning from fairies, talking to psychics, witnessing travesty and helping to pick up the pieces, making up skits, floating down a river, singing, dancing, eating, drinking, putting on a show 8 times a week—even while in grief

thinking of my gram today and how the last time she saw me in a show was a year ago, on this stage. we will never know why the universe works in the way it does. but i do believe that it all happens for a reason.

so to anyone who extended an extra hand or smile or wrapped me in their arms throughout this process, thank you. i can only hope you felt my softness in return.

i love being an actor. i love being creative. i love being silly. i love working with people who further a bit. i love dressing room chats and backstage moments. i love the families we create on the road. i just LOVE the theatre. but more importantly, i LOVE the catharsis that theatre provides.

for anyone who feels the weight of the world on their shoulders

my beautiful grandma, Marian Georgine Zebrowski, passed away peacefully on Tuesday 6/17, in the arms of our family and her closest friends 🦋✨
it was the honor of my life to be there.

yes, i already see her EVERYWHERE — in the butterflies, deer, and flickers of light that surround us all. it’s “pretty cool” as she would say.

& now i am about to open my first show without her. but don’t worry, she is literally on the back of my costume. OF COURSE she is making my biggest fear epic. how does she do it?!?

we invite you to come celebrate her time on earth with us: MONDAY 6/23 and TUESDAY 6/24. specific info can be found in the obituary in my bio. ALL are welcome.

but PLEASE don’t wear black, she would hate that. your favorite color will do — bright and joyous!
